• Purpose: to help organisations extract business/technology intelligence systematically from a large size of documents
• My responsibilities: 1) identification of intelligence sources in documents; 2) review of existing tools for document analysis; 3) development of a document-mining framework; 4) interview with intelligence system providers and users; and 5) analysis of the best practice
